Lion Swati Goswami, comes from a family of freedom fighters and bureaucrats, where her mother served as a Gazette Officer, and her father served as Chief Purchasing Officer in Coal India Ltd. Lion Swati, has been a beacon of empowerment from her early days of her career, where she has served as the coveted Public Relations Office of Time of India, Head Quarter New Delhi at the tender age of 21. As a catalyst of innovation and humility, she has continued serving in different organizations with creativity, yet embedded with kindness. As an entrepreneur, she has established herself as a reliable, goal-oriented and dedicated leader. Her husband, an advocate of Calcutta High Court and the Supreme Court of India, stands tall to her endeavours. In the family of Lions, her daughter serving as the youngest faculty is as Assistant Professor of National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), is also an active Lions Member, who is the youngest to have won the Lions of the Year Trophy.

Lion Swati’s journey in Lionism, is marked with dedication and determination, where she has gifted the District with crown jewel programs single-handedly like Crossroads, International Conclave of Conflict Resolution, Utsav, etc. She remains the only Lions Leader of the District who has served as the GLT, GMT, GST. Apart from these coveted post, she has served as Zone Chairperson, Region Chairperson, GLT, GMT, GST, Cabinet Secretary, Vice District Governor - II. In her embezzled journey of Lionism, she is the recipient of Outstanding Lions of Year 3 Times, International Leadership Medal, International Presidential Medal, District Governor’s Medal.
