Lion Ram Mohta is a Practicing Chartered Accountant and an Industrialist having interest in a cement plant in Rajasthan and is associated with many organisations in the capacities of Director, Advisor and Consultant. Due to his strong dedication and devotion to the cause of Lionism and Excellent administrative abilities he was selected to the position of Cabinet Treasurer in the year 1991-92 even before his becoming president of the club (93-94) which is a rare feat.

He is the recipient of many awards at club & District levels including International President's Appreciation Certificates and International Presidential Medal. He was District Governor in 2004- 05. He was elected as Council Treasurer of Multiple 322 & nominated Election Committee Member at international convention at Detroit. He was elected Multiple Council Chairperson of Multiple 322 in the year 2005-06.He is married to Rajni and they are blessed with a daughter Rashi and son Rahul. Lioness Rajni is an active member of Lioness Club of Calcutta Park Street.
