Lion Sudha Jaiswal was born on 21st October in Kolkata to a very free spirited family. She has over 20 years of teaching experience and has been serving as a Lion member for the past 19 years. She is also involved in service oriented activities outside Lions. She is a faculty member of St Xavier's Collegiate School, Kolkata and St Xavier's College B.A. B.Sc and B.Ed Department. Apart from that, she has also been the author and examiner of CEMS University based in the U.S.A appointed by IIM Kolkata. She is the cofounder of 'Pehchaan', an organisation that has in it all the Hindi school teachers from across Kolkata. Last year she became author of ICSE books from classes 1 to 8 named Kaveri. Lion Sudha is married to Manoj and has one daughter. She balances her household life and professional life with equal vigour and is very passionate about all her endeavours. Her home club is Howrah Greater and she has served as the District Club President (1999-2000)
