Lion Alok Khaitan joined Leo Club in the year 1979. A Member of Lions Club of Calcutta Rabindra Sarani became 100% President in the year 1994-95. He was elected as District Governor for the year 2003-04. He has served as Faculty at various District Level, Trainings, Multiple Level Trainings, Regional Institute of LCI and DG & VDG Training at Multiple Levels. He has been Faculty and Moderator at Webinar of Eastern India Leadership Academy. He has served Multiple Council in various capacities. Multiple Convention in 2009 & 2015 was successfully organised under his Chairmanship.

He has received numerous awards including 3 Presidential Medals & 2 Leadership Medals. Currently he is serving Multiple Council. He is equally active in his business of Dal Mill. His wife Usha is active Lion Member and they are blessed daughter Anchal.
