Lion Amit Bothra joined the movement as a Leo Movement & then joined Lionism in 2004 as Member of Lions Club of Calcutta Saltlake. He is a positive thinker and self believer in Team Work and enjoys the fellowship in social activities. He has served the clubs In various capacities & become the president in the year 2009-10. He has served the District in various capacities such as PRO, Cabinet Secretary, DC Administration, GMT, GST, 2nd VDG, 1st VDG & District Governor. He has lead the District in a different style with his team which proves that he had a different style of working under any circumstances. He had receives numerous Awards such as Presidential Medal, Leadership Medal, Int'l. President Certificate & Pins and all along only Lion to be awarded Thrice as Lion of the year Award from District. He is commerce graduate and married to Sudha and they are blessed with a son Subham & Daughter Teesha
